Music Booster

The Dos Pueblos Music Boosters is the official non-profit group of students, parents, and staff whose sole purpose is to support the DPHS Instrumental Music Programs. Your student’s enrollment in the music program automatically makes you a part of Music Boosters. A successful and diverse Instrumental Music Program requires volunteer efforts and financial commitment from students and their families.

     Financial support from the Music Boosters allows the Instrumental Music Programs to:

  • purchase and maintain musical instruments, equipment and props;
  • commission marching and drumline programs creation and choreography
  • provide transportation to games, competitions and other events;
  • pay for special instructors / tutors and other operating costs for the music and band programs that the school district does not cover;
  • assist students who would otherwise be financially unable to participate in an event/competition due to family hardship.

     Music Boosters usually meet on the first Tuesdays of each month at 7 pm in the Band Room. Join Music Boosters in its numerous fundraising and volunteering activities and be part of the community excited about providing high-quality music experience for your student(s). Their participation in the DPHS Instrumental Music Program will be a highlight of their high school experience.
