On Wednesday, November 29, the Marching Chargers stepped onto the field at DPHS one last time to perform their final performance of "The Music of James Bond" for friends and family - a great way to end an amazing marching band season!

Please join us for the Winter Music Concert! The Orchestra, Intermediate Jazz, Advanced Jazz, and Jazz Choir will perform on December 8 at 7:00pm in the Elings Performing Arts Center at Dos Pueblos High School. Tickets: $10 for adults, $8 for students and seniors, $5 for students with Gold Card.
At was a beautiful evening at Ramona High School in Riverside, CA where the Marching Chargers placed 5th out of 12 at the Southern California School Band & Orchestra Association (SCSBOA) Championships with a score of 75.70. The Marching Chargers ranked 2nd in auxiliary with a score of 82.50. Go Chargers!
Dos Pueblos High School is excited to announce its 49th Annual Jazz Festival! This year’s Festival will host an array of award winning judges, guest stars and end with an incredible evening concert featuring saxophonist, Eric Marienthal! Eric has recorded 6 CD's with Chick Corea band and won 2 Grammy Awards. He has performed with artists such as Elton John, Barbara Streisand, Billy Joel, Stevie Wonder, Dionne Warwick, Burt Bacharach, Aaron Neville, Johnny Mathis, Dave Grusin, Lee Ritenour, George Duke, David Benoit, The Rippingtons, The Gordon Goodwin Big Phat Band, Patti Austin, Lou Rawls, David Lee Roth, The Yellowjackets, B.B. King, Ramsey Louis, Patti Labelle, Olivia Newton-John, and many others. The competition will include junior and senior high schools, junior colleges and university jazz bands in both big band and combo divisions.
The Dos Pueblos Marching Chargers won the Sweepstakes at Oxnard with a score of 78.5, as well as taking 1st place in both Music and Effects! Go Chargers!
